Because of the Blood

On most days while hanging out around the house I usually have some form of music playing whether it be online radio, television, cd's, etc... But today I decided to play a dvd by The Collingsworth Family. If you've never had the chance to hear or see this wonderful new family group I STRONGLY urge you to check their tour schedule and go see them sometime. I really, really like this group for a couple of reasons: 1. They're a family group. I love family groups. And to me they just seem to be what I guess I might have always dreamed my family would be like; close, musical, and all serving the Lord together. 2. They give a wonderful presentation of the Gospel in their concerts. And its done in a way that I guess I just really enjoy.

As the concert was playing I was just doing different things around the house. I was listening and enjoying the program, but it wasn't until the last song of the program that my attention was pulled right into this one song. And since then I've played this song over and over and over and over and over and over...well you get the idea. So I copied down the lyrics to share with you. Read that last chorus over and over and over till you get the full effect. If those lines don't light your fire, and don't get you excited then maybe you need to do some checking up!!

The thief on the cross deserved his sentence,
